The Unification Analysis (UA) is a high-level, high-engagement research study pertaining to your place of work that identifies and assesses how the space and the people within the environment are practicing or implementing DE&I and Belonging. Once the data is collected, then recommendations will be offered to increase the desired outcome for that space. The analysis is a tool to use to educate, understand, and learn.
The only way to unify is you have to build sustainable relationships. This analysis is a way to help you authentically build relationships by creating spaces for individuals to care personally and challenge directly through being radically candid. Begin the process of building authentic conversation through psychological safety to reach a point of true belonging, all while being coached, educated, and challenged along the way.
Consultants will perform interviews, observations, research, and one-on-one interactions/coaching with the people within the space to collect data and formulate a conclusion on how to best help and train the people within the space on increasing their knowledge and implementation of DE&I and Belonging in the workspace.
This analysis is needed to take a deep-dive into your workplace. It offers self-reflection and helps better understand who you’re serving. The world is thriving with diversity and it is quickly becoming an everyday topic and necessity to implement into not only culture and personal lives, but also the workplace. Practicing and implementing DE&I and Belonging has tremendous positive effects backed by research such as increased productivity, betterment of mood of employees, critical “outside the box” thinking amongst co-workers, and much more.

That is why we happily schedule a meeting prior to beginning the service to better understand the needs and wants of the clientele. Based on the meeting, we offer an estimate quote and are open to adjust based on differentiating circumstances while the service is being performed.
